When you connect your Instagram account to Oskkee or when your public profile appears in our creator discovery results, we may store the following information:

  • Public Profile Information: Instagram username, display name, profile picture URL, bio, and follower/following counts
  • Public Content Metrics: Post counts, engagement rates, and publicly visible content metadata
  • Account Identifiers: Instagram User ID used to associate your profile within our platform
  • Authorization Tokens: If you connected your account via Instagram Login, we store access tokens to retrieve your data

We do not store your Instagram password or any private messages.

How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of all your Instagram-related data stored by Oskkee using any of the following methods:

  • Use the form below: Submit your Instagram username or User ID along with your email address, and we will process your deletion request
  • Email us directly: Send an email to support@oskkee.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your Instagram username
  • Deauthorize via Instagram: Go to your Instagram Settings > Security > Apps and Websites > Remove Oskkee. This will trigger an automatic deletion of your data from our systems

Deletion Timeline

Once we receive your deletion request, we will process it as follows:

  • Acknowledgment: You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of submitting your request
  • Processing: Your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days
  • Backup Removal: Any residual copies in our backup systems will be purged within 90 days

During the processing period, your data will be marked for deletion and will no longer appear in any search results or be accessible through our platform.

Confirmation

After your data has been successfully deleted, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. The confirmation will include:

  • A unique confirmation code for your records
  • A summary of the data that was deleted
  • The date the deletion was completed
