This Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made on the Oskkee platform. Oskkee is a trade name of Indslav Joog Private Limited (CIN: U62099HR2025PTC129498), a company incorporated in India. The website oskkee.com is owned and operated by Indslav Joog Private Limited.
Oskkee is a 100% digital service. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. All products and services offered on this platform are delivered electronically.
2. Nature of Service
Oskkee is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped. There is no physical delivery address required. Service is accessible instantly upon payment confirmation.
Oskkee provides an AI-powered creator discovery platform accessible via:
- Web Chat — Accessible at oskkee.com/chat
- WhatsApp — Message our AI assistant directly on WhatsApp
- Telegram — Available via our Telegram bot
- And other messaging channels (Discord, Email, Instagram DM, Twitter DM, Google Chat)
3. Digital Token Delivery
3.1 Instant Credit Upon Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment confirmation, the purchased token credits are immediately credited to your Oskkee account. There is no waiting period, shipping delay, or manual processing step required on our end.
- Tokens are credited to the Oskkee account associated with your registered WhatsApp number or email address
- Credit is automatic and instant — typically within seconds of payment confirmation from our payment processor (Cashfree)
- You will receive a payment confirmation message via WhatsApp or email once the transaction is completed and tokens are credited
3.2 Accessing Your Tokens
Once tokens are credited to your account, you can immediately begin using the Oskkee service:
- Open WhatsApp and message our AI assistant to start discovering creators
- Or use the web chat at oskkee.com/chat
- Each creator search query consumes tokens from your balance
- Your token balance is displayed in the chat interface upon request
3.3 Token Validity
- Purchased tokens do not expire — they remain in your account until used
- Tokens are non-transferable between accounts
- Free tokens (100 tokens in the Free plan) are also credited instantly upon account creation
4. No Physical Shipment
As a purely digital service, Oskkee does not:
- Ship any physical products, cards, or tangible items
- Require a delivery address at checkout
- Use any courier or logistics services
- Offer cash on delivery (COD) options
All purchases made on Oskkee are for digital access to our AI-powered creator discovery service, fulfilled entirely online.
5. Delivery Failures
In the rare event that tokens are not credited to your account after a successful payment:
- Please wait up to 15 minutes for the payment confirmation to process through our payment gateway
- If tokens are still not credited after 15 minutes, contact our support team immediately
- Provide your transaction ID, registered WhatsApp number or email, and the date and amount of the payment
- We will investigate and resolve any delivery failures within 24 hours of receiving your report
If tokens were not delivered due to a technical error on our part, you are eligible for a full refund or immediate re-delivery of tokens. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
6. Service Availability
The Oskkee service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once your tokens are credited, you can access the platform at any time through WhatsApp, Telegram, or web chat. Our support team is available Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST for any assistance.
