Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on the Oskkee platform, operated by Indslav Joog Private Limited. We are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent refund process for all our users.
By making a purchase on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Refund Timeline
All eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date the refund request is approved. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time (2-5 business days) to reflect the refund in your account.
3. When Refunds Apply
You are eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Failed Transactions: If the payment was debited from your account but the transaction failed and tokens were not credited to your Oskkee account.
- Double Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error.
- Service Not Delivered: If you purchased tokens but were unable to use the service due to a platform-side issue, and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable time.
4. Token Purchase Refund Conditions
4.1 Refundable
- Unused tokens purchased within the last 7 days are eligible for a full refund.
- The refund request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The tokens must be completely unused (zero searches performed since purchase).
4.2 Non-Refundable
- Partially used tokens: If any tokens from the purchased package have been consumed (i.e., searches have been performed), the remaining tokens are non-refundable.
- Free tokens: The Starter package (free 100 tokens) is not eligible for any refund as no payment was made.
- Tokens older than 7 days: Purchases made more than 7 days ago are not eligible for refund, regardless of usage.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through any of the following channels:

Please include the following information in your refund request:
- Your registered WhatsApp number
- Transaction ID or order ID
- Date of purchase
- Package purchased (Pro / Business)
- Reason for the refund request
6. Refund Method
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds via alternative payment methods, cash, or credits unless agreed upon in exceptional circumstances.
- UPI Payments: Refunded to the original UPI ID
- Debit/Credit Card: Refunded to the original card
- Net Banking: Refunded to the original bank account
- Wallet Payments: Refunded to the original wallet
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 Token Packages
Oskkee operates on a token-based model, not a subscription model. Once tokens are purchased, they do not expire and remain in your account until used.
7.2 Cancellation of Unused Purchases
- You may cancel an unused token purchase within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
- After 7 days, or once tokens have been partially or fully used, cancellation with refund is not available.
7.3 Account Deactivation
If you wish to stop using Oskkee, you may simply stop messaging the chatbot. Any remaining unused tokens will stay in your account. If you wish to have your account and data deleted, please contact us and we will process the request within 30 days.
8. Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances (such as prolonged platform outages or billing errors on our end), we may offer refunds outside the standard policy terms at our sole discretion. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
